1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Reading Roofline LTD, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Reading Roofline LTD provides roofline services including fascias, soffits, guttering, repairs, cladding, and cleaning. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Prices are subject to change after the quote validity period
• Additional costs may apply if site conditions differ from those assessed during the survey
• All prices include VAT where applicable

4. Payment Terms

• A deposit (typically 30%) is required to secure your booking
• The balance is due upon completion of the work
• We accept bank transfer, cash, and cheque (subject to clearance)
• Full payment is not required upfront—beware of contractors who ask for this

5. Work Schedule

We will provide an estimated start date and completion timeline. While we make every effort to adhere to schedules, delays may occur due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions.

6. Warranty

We provide a 10-year guarantee on materials and workmanship for uPVC installations. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and installation issues but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third parties.

7. Cancellation

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of accepting our quote (cooling-off period). If work has already commenced, you may be liable for costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

8. Liability

We maintain full public liability insurance. We are not liable for damage to property not directly related to our work or for consequential losses.
